Description: What was the theme or subject of the work? What materials did you use?
The materials I used were sharpie and colored pencil. Analysis: Explain how you used the following in the artwork: elements of art (line, form, value, texture, space, color) and principles of design (unity, contrast, balance, movement, pattern, emphasis) We used the elements of line in the drawing for the cheese and the body. Interpretation: How did you come up with your idea? What is the meaning or mood? Mostly thoughts and inspiration is how I came up with this. The meaning is basically all like messed up. Judgment: Is this successful? Why or why not? I think this is pretty successful, I think my friend and I did a good job.

I really don't remember what the theme was but the materials I used were oil pastel and sharpie. Analysis: Explain how you used the following in the artwork: elements of art (line, form, value, texture, space, color) and principles of design (unity, contrast, balance, movement, pattern, emphasis) I used pattern in the Eiffel Tower as well as lines. I also used color in the background. Interpretation: How did you come up with your idea? What is the meaning or mood? My inspiration was the ceiling and meaning was my dream. Judgement: Is this successful? Why or why not? I think that this successful, I like the color in it and overall I think I did pretty well. Description: What was the theme or subject of the work? There really isn't a theme in this. It was just a project I had to do in class. The materials I used were sharpie, paint, newspaper, and glue. Analysis: Explain how you used the following in the artwork: elements of art (line, form, value, texture, space, color) and principles of design (unity, contrast, balance, movement, pattern, emphasis) For this piece of artwork I used emphasis. I used the orange to make the letters stand out. Also I made the background black and white so all of the attention would be drawn to the letters. Interpretation: How did you come up with your idea? What is the meaning or mood? I came up with this by being inspired by different pictures on the internet. The meaning of this is basically like things from comic books showing actions. Judgment: Is this successful? Why or why not? I guess this is successful in the terms of emphasis. It was clear on weather or not your attention was drawn to the lettering and nothing else, so I would say this was successful. |
